First Home Owner Grant

Eligibility

Our trusted financiers can guide you through this process.

To receive this $30,000 grant, you must:

Be an Australian Citizen 18 years or over (some exceptions to age may apply in unique circumstances).

Be purchasing house and/or land for less than $750,000, and the purchase must be new (not an established house).

You can enter a contract for a modular home if the home will be installed on a relative's property (as in, the land is not in your name, but the build contract is).

It must be for the purposes of owner occuancy (not as an investment).  You must move into the home within twelve months of completion, and live in it continuously for at least six months.

You, or your spouse, have not claimed the grant previously.

You can rent out rooms, so long as you are also occupying the home.  You may not rent out the whole property.

Valid until 30th June, 2026 (you must sign the contracts before this date).
