Owning your own tiny home has never been easier

Life is complicated.  Living a tiny home life doesn't need to be.

We make the process as clean and simple as possible.

Step 1: Talk to Us Before You Buy Anything

This is the biggest piece of advice we can give.

Contact us before spending a single dollar, even before ordering your modular home.

We begin with a free desktop site assessment to understand your site and helps you avoid unexpected costs later.

Step 2: Site Inspection (When Needed)

If your site has steep slopes, difficult access or unique conditions, we recommend a Site Visit to perform a more in-depth assessment.

Our site inspection cost is $420 + GST.

If you proceed with us, that fee is credited back as part of your project.

Step 3: Tailor the Project to Suit You

Every client is different.

Some people want a complete, turnkey solution where we handle absolutely everything. Others have trusted trades already lined up.

This flexibility allows us to create a project that suits both your budget and your level of involvement.

Step 4: Budget Quote

Using the information we've gathered, we'll prepare a personalised budget estimate. This provides a realistic idea of the total project cost and is particularly useful if you're applying for finance.

At this stage, you'll know what to expect before making any major commitments.

Step 5: Fixed Price Quote

Once the scope has been finalised, we'll issue a Fixed Price Quote, valid for 45 days.

When you're ready to move forward, we'll prepare your building contract and get the project underway.
